Brunch at Brusley’s Restaurant – why it’s worth attending now?

2 August ,2025
Brunch at Brusley's restaurant

Brunch has only recently appeared in Ukraine. Late breakfast or early lunch, which is how the word “brunch” is translated, is more popular than you can imagine. In many restaurants brunches are held exclusively on weekends, but not in ours. The Chinese restaurant decided to please their regular customers and created a brunch week.

This means that for one week you can try out oriental cuisine at your favorite restaurant. You will be able to spend the day with friends as well as with your family. The brunches will become just as appealing, all you have to do is try it.

Day One – South Korea

South Korean cuisine is ideal for those who appreciate in cooking not only spices and mixes of flavors, but also a rational approach in cooking. Most dishes use ingredients derived from fermentation. A prime example is kimchi, aka fermented cabbage and vegetables. Many dishes use steamed rice as the base of many dishes, or it is simply served as an additive. You will hardly ever see overcooked dishes, and the emphasis is not so much on flavor as on the benefits of eating.

Day Two – Vietnam

If you appreciate the abundance of fresh herbs in any dish, if you prefer moderate spice and spicy flavor and are used to control the saturation of spices, Vietnamese cuisine is for you. It is rich not only in rice of various varieties and types, but also in additions of chicken, beef, pork and seafood. Most of the cooking is focused on the moderation of flavors. You will not experience something in excess – bitter, sweet, sour, salty are balanced with each other.

Day 3 – Thailand

If you appreciate original presentation, healthy lifestyle and benefits in every bite of food, Thai cuisine is for you! Thai culinary traditions have evolved under the influence of many cultures, so as a result they have combined amazing notes of bitterness, salt, sourness and sweetness in almost every dish.

Only the freshest products are used for cooking, which are subjected to minimal heat treatment. This rule is relevant not only for vegetables, but also for meat. That is why any ingredient will be maximally chopped and fried or boiled for no more than 10 minutes. And the most important thing is improvisation. Thais are open to experimentation and even familiar dishes are ready to cook differently, discovering new shades of flavor.

Day Four – Europe

European cuisine is as multifaceted as the countries that comprise it. But there are a few unifying traits. It is delicate, restrained, refined, nutritious and beautiful. You will not encounter harshness of flavors or excessive spiciness. Unlike Asian cuisine, in Europe cooking takes a lot of time, but the finished result is worth the wait.

When a sauce is served with a dish, it does not overshadow all the other ingredients, but only emphasizes them. This rule applies to vegetables as well as fish.

Day Five – China

Chinese cuisine is considered one of the oldest cuisines in the world. Almost all recipes today have not been modified since their creation hundreds of years ago, but only slightly adapted. Many dishes are based on rice, beans, including soybeans. Servings are necessarily simultaneous and you don’t have to wait for the dishes to change. You can easily start with a dessert and end with a soup.

The Chinese use only fresh products in cooking and minimize waste. So you shouldn’t be surprised by such appetizers as chicken feet or duck tongue.

Experience the variety of world cuisine now by attending our brunches.
